ACC - Architectural Control Committee - a group of appointed volunteers who review request from property owners
for modifications they want to make to their homes or property.
The board meets once a month in sessions at the Shadow Bay Community Center. Board meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.
We are committed to the service of our community to the best of our abilities and we are here to take care he needs of the families we serve.
