Who needs a permit?

• Anyone making a change to the outside of their home or property.

 

Including but not limited to the following:

​

• Any exterior Painting - sample of paint color must be provided.

• Replacing damaged fencing or installing new fencing anywhere on property.

• Additions to any part of the home or adding buildings of any type to the property.

• Replacing damaged roofing or installing new roofing.

• Anyone moving in a new or used Manufactured Home or Building a Home.
